Does it cost anything to collect points?
No. Safyah Rewards is free for customers. Businesses pay for their plan.
Do my points expire?
Each business decides. Some programmes keep points forever; others expire them after a set time without a visit. The app shows the rules for every card and reminds you before points lapse.
Is my location tracked?
No. Nearby sends your position for that one search and doesn't keep it. Counter check-in is off unless you turn it on, and it only tells businesses where you already have a card that you're at their counter.
Can I use one account at lots of places?
Yes. Every business you join gets its own card in your wallet, all under one sign-in with your email, Google or Apple.
I run a business. How quickly can I start?
Download the merchant app, choose a plan, add your business and its location, then publish a programme. Most owners are scanning their first customer the same day.
Can my staff use their own phones?
Yes. Invite them with a code from the Team screen. They sign in to the merchant app and can scan and confirm rewards for your business, and you can remove them at any time.
